Kinsey's Baby Blessing

This weekend we got to go to Elkin, North Carolina for my newest niece's baby blessing. Despite the 6 hour drive each way, it was really really fun to get to be there for the special moment. And meeting cute little fun. She's adorable, and tiny, and looks just like her daddy (Brian's brother Scott).

Being the dorks that we are, me and Brian got home and realized we hadn't pulled our camera out once! pictures. Booooooooooooooo! Except for this one from my camera phone where you can't really see her, and Brian's head looks distorted (he he he...sorry sweetie, but you agree, right? :)) Sigh. I can't believe I didn't get one of her in her cute little blessing dress. I'll do better next time--promise.

A big thanks to Scott and Alisa for letting us be there (and for making such a yummy gluten-free dinner!) and to Brian's parents for putting us up in a "swanky" hotel. :) And lots of kisses to cute little Kinsey!!

It was a special day, I just wish you were able to be there longer. It was indeed a fast visit, but we are very grateful you made it! What a blessing family is!
love you,

You're right, the picture of Brian from your camera phone is a well let's just say not the best shot! Glad that you are within driving distance to make it down for some fun family events!

She is so teensy! I don't remember Bradshaw ever being that little. But goodness she is beautiful.
Is Brian home from the big trip?

It's like a lemon on a toothpick that thing! (That was in my best 'So I Married an Ax Murderer' voice :) ) No offense Bri, you know I love ya. It's Amber, really. I mean, she made us hate the Potomac and now THIS?! Disgraceful. Someone disarm her. (And by that, I mean take the camera. OF COURSE.)
